Reporting in I was helping a friend’s son with an ICBC claim in B.C. took about 10 mos of back and forth but the son was able to go get his drivers license back last week and the 30k debt had been lifted. Before this every time he tried to reapply for his licence the 30k had to be “paid” for first. They first reduced it to 20k and now it’s all been settled.

My experience continues to evolve in what is received through ongoing support and inclusion to all community offerings. I have used the templates in successfully settling court offerings from the following entities: THE STATE OF COLORADO, NEW MEXICO, and ARIZONA. In Colorado, my oil-leaking car was impounded for displaying a "PRIVATE PROPERTY" makeshift plate. I was arrested, booked, bonded and released all within 2 hours. On my hearing date, my given name was called and entered passed the bar where I repeatedly stated that I was there to settle the matter and would you please render the account, your honor. When she refused 3 separate times, the public prosecutor appeared behind me and offered his handshake, which I accepted. The judge then told me to leave the court room immediately, which I stated, "thank you. I accept your dishonor". One week later, I received "notices of public discovery" from the county and state public attorney offices. I promptly honored and accepted every document and received no further notices. One month later, the court case had disappeared from any public record. In New Mexico, I received a parking ticket. In only 1 month after honoring all presentments, the docket status shows "PAID". In Arizona, following a citation for driving without insurance, the process of honoring every presentment lasted 5 months, only to resolve in no further correspondence from Pima County court and the case status reflecting "dismissed". Rebecca's advisement continues to inspire ongoing study and despite my attendance in private community calls waiverimg in recent months, the commitment to prevail in continued learning persists.

I met Rebecca through my mentor in early August of 2024. My husband Richard, was being held indefinitely in the county jail for failure to appear in a traffic case. Previously, we attempted to dismiss the case with "tried and true" methods, to no avail. The jail and court were refusing to bring him before a magistrate, set a court date or name a release date. I am so very thankful for Rebecca's help during this difficult time. She walked me through the entire process to clear the record of all controversy we'd created and make the shift to acting in honor. The documents and information she provided were critical to my husband's release. After completing the necessary paperwork, we had news that a court date had been set. At the hearing both the judge and solicitor were noticeably different and refused to make eye contact with me. The solicitor approached my husband with paperwork to which he would be released that day utilizing time served and nolle prossed the 6 other traffic citations. Per my husband, after I exited the courtroom the judge began conversing with his law clerk about the paperwork that had been filed. He seemed very surprised and said that some of it he'd never seen and had to do research. After he was transported back to the jail he was immediately released. I have no doubts that without Rebecca's assistance we would still be fighting for his release. I fully endorse her organization as it was indispensable to secure our family's unity. Our hearts are filled with gratitude for the work she does.
